Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Free Shipping on orders of 6 or more bottles of hot sauce - Orders Containing 6 or more bottles ship free with discount code Buy6ShipFree. Shipping times for free shipping of hot sauce are 3 to 5 business days. Free Shipping only available for orders shipping within the United States. Free Shipping is not available for orders with an estimated shipping cost of more than $15. If your order has an estimated shipping cost of $15 or more, please contact us at customerservice@artspepperco.com and we will evaluate your order to see if it qualifies for discounted rates. Some product and/or order discounts may not be combined with free shipping discounts.
Free Shipping on all Apparel items - Shipping charges may apply to orders containing both hot sauce and apparel, but will only be calculated on the hot sauce items if applicable. Hot Sauces and apparel will be shipped separately (please see below for shipping rates of hot sauces).
All apparel items are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Shipping delivery times for all apparel are 6 to 11 business days.
Free Local Delivery - All orders being shipped to the following zip codes that contain hot sauce only and do not include apparel are eligible for free local delivery: 93013, 93067, 93101, 93103, 93105, 93106, 93108, 93109. 93110, 93111, 93117. Purchases within the listed zip codes must select "Free Local Delivery" under Shipping during Check Out in order to receive Free Local Delivery and will be delivered with in 2 business days of being processed.
Free Local Delivery is not available for orders using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Express Checkout. Orders purchased through Google, Facebook or Instagram are also ineligible for Free Local Delivery.
Shipping Rates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are based on weight.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Due to disruptions with international shipping due to COVID-19, shipping delays may occur that are out of our control. Most international deliveries will take between 8 to 20 days, but may extend up to 60 days.
Please contact us at customerservice@artspepperco.com for any shipments that are taking longer than 30 days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Art's Pepper Company, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (international orders within 30 days) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@artspepperco.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with security seals still intact, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@artspepperco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
